The beginning

   It has been six months since I lost my beloved husband, Mike.  Living through those months has been a journey that I could not have anticipated.  I have done a lot of writing during that time and have decided that if anything I have written could help just one person going through the same thing, it is worth sharing.  I am starting with another's description of the loss of a spouse.  It resonates with me in a way almost nothing else has.
